Redbeam Asset Tracking comes in two versions, standard and mobile. Both versions include a starting package of laser labels to print barcode labels for your inventory items. Standard Edition - The standard edition of the software is a complete fixed asset database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Keep asset records up to date and periodically take a physical inventory of assets. Data fields include barcode ID, location, department, maintenance, purchasing, warranty, lease, deprecation, information technology and 15 other user definable fields. For a complete system, select either the Standard Edition single user or 5 user, then select the matching support agreement, and add one of the QuickScan 2500 scanners for each computer you want to scan items at.
Mobile Edition
- The mobile edition of the software
includes a complete asset database plus the ability to collect data on
scanner-enabled mobile comptuers. The software includes unlimited mobile
computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Keep asset records up
to date and periodically take a physical inventory of assets. Data fields
include barcode ID, location, department, maintenance, purchasing, warranty,
lease, deprecation, information technology and 15 other user definable fields.
For a complete system, select either the Mobile Edition single user or 5 user,
then select the matching support agreement, then add whatever quantity of
