With Redbeam Check In / Check Out, track file folders, tools, videos or other rental items, equipment or product samples using this comprehensive PC application and an easy-to-use barcode scanner. Redbeam Check In / Check Out comes in two versions, standard and mobile. Both versions include a starting package of laser labels to print barcode labels for your inventory items. Additional labels are available from DYNASCAN at a nominal cost, just ask us for more. Both versions are compatible with Windows NT, 2000, XP or 2003. Unitech MS830

Standard Edition - The standard edition of the software is a complete item database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Enter employees, members, customers or students and check items in and out to them using the barcode scanner. Report on which items are checked out and to whom. Monitor overdue items, rental fees, item usage and more. For a complete system, select either the Standard Edition single user or 5 user, then select the matching support agreement, and add one of the MS830 scanners for each computer you want to scan items at.

Unitech PA600 Mobile Computer

Mobile Edition - The mobile edition of the software includes a complete item database plus the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers. The software includes unlimited mobile computer licenses for compatible mobile computer models. Enter employees, members, customers or students and check items in and out to them using the barcode scanner. Report on which items are checked out and to whom. Monitor overdue items, rental fees, item usage and more. For a complete system, select either the Mobile Edition single user or 5 user, then select the matching support agreement, then add whatever quantity of Unitech PA600 mobile computers you want.
