ScanAsset is a complete asset management system utilizing portable data collection to track inventory management, check in/out, and depreciation. It also tracks things associated with items, such as maintenance and calibration schedules. With ScanAsset's ease-of-use, you can conduct physical inventories with the terminal or from the desktop. The functionality of ScanAsset allows you to keep concise records of where your assets are located, current value, and even embed pictures in your database.

Software Only Pricing - ScanAsset operates with keyboard wedge or USB scanners, which are especially good for check in / check out applications. For portable data collection, any Windows CE or Pocket PC device should work fine, but if you plan to supply your own portable terminals, please check with us to be sure ScanAsset can support the terminal you want to use.
