Our labels are made from premium, coated sheets for superior graphics and bar codes, while insuring long print head life. Be careful with comparisons, some sites quote low prices and deliver inferior quality product. Our labels have an aggressive permanent adhesive. Rolls are wound with labels to the outside. We offer two core sizes and roll diameters. Rolls are perforated between each label. We have provided a cost per thousand labels to use for any comparisons. This is a common unit of measure in the label business. If a source doesn't provide a cost per thousand and sells by roll price or case price only, our suggestion is to convert the pricing to a price per thousand and compare carefully. In case you are unfamiliar with ordering thermal transfer labels, the first dimension is the left to right measurement as the label comes out of the printer (i.e. a 4" X 6" label is 4" left to right and 6" front to back, where a 6" X 4" label is 6" left to right and 4" front to back). All labels are white except as noted.
Thermal Transfer Labels - 1" Core / 4" O.D. Wound Out - minimum order 2 cases These are the exact labels as sold above, just on smaller cores and with smaller roll sizes. These are perfect for the table top thermal transfer printers like the TSC Desktop printers, Datamax E Series, Sato CX Series, Eltron TLP, Zebra desktops, and most other desktop printers. These labels are NOT STOCK and will have a longer lead time, generally 7 - 10 working days to shipment. The labels are rewound onto smaller cores in smaller diameters from the stock labels above. The higher cost per thousand reflects the rewind work.
We also offer blank direct
thermal labels in paper and vinyl, and thermal transfer labels in paper,
polyolefin, polyester (see below for standard sizes), coated polyimide, and
other materials for specialty applications such as harsh environment, chemical,
temperature and UV resistance, and abrasion resistance. These are available in

THERMAL TRANSFER - POLYESTER - minimum order 1 case Our thermal transfer polyester labels are not stock, but are a very short two day lead time to shipment. These labels are top quality coated polyester for use with the resin ribbons below. The material is 2 mil white polyester with the clear topcoat and a permanent adhesive. All rolls have labels rolled to the outside. These rolls DO NOT have perforations between labels. If you need perforations we can do them for you, please call us at (888)300-SCAN.
