Neue Brünnen AG recently completed a digital signage project, powered by DynaScan high brightness LCDs, in its Shopping and Leisure Center Westside in Berne, Switzerland, providing a new avenue for the center to deliver information, entertainment and advertisements to visitors. With its modern architecture that allows natural sunlight to enter the center through the ceiling, Westside required a professional display solution that would be visible throughout the day. Orpheum Theatre Goes Digital with DynaScan 65″ Ultra High Brightness LCD

Omaha Performing Arts’ Orpheum Theater recently finished the installation of a DynaScan 65″ ultra high brightness LCD at its front entrance last December. The new display is part of a modernization project, in which all poster-based display boxes were replaced with digital counterparts. The venue sought to update its display technology while preserving the old iconic poster frames and light boxes. For the front of the theater, it needed something bright enough to be seen in broad daylight, but it was also important that the brightness of the display could be turned down during evening hours.

ISE Wrap-Up: Integrated Systems Europe a Great Success

We would like to thank everyone that made it out to see us at Integrated Systems Europe in Amsterdam this year. The show was a great success, both for DynaScan and the show itself, setting a new record of over 50,000 attendees. DynaScan introduced its new 84″ DS841LR4, featuring a full HD 84-inch IPS LCD with a high brightness LED backlight producing a 2,500 nit sunlight viewable image. The DS841LR4 has been designed for large scale display applications in bright environments such as outdoor enclosures and storefront windows. French Connection Installs Four DynaScan High Brightness LCDs In London Flagship Storefront Window

To promote its high profile autumn/winter campaign, French Connection recently installed four DynaScan 65-inch high brightness LCDs in the storefront window of its London flagship store. Located in the City of Westminster in the West End of London, the shop sits on the world famous Oxford Street, Europe’s busiest shopping street, which sees over 200 million visitors each year.
